Kling 3 and Kling 4 in Hook Studio
Hook Studio is an AI reel maker that runs Kling 3 and Kling 4 for creators and small brands who post on Instagram and TikTok. You chat with the agent in English or Spanish, approve a still, and pay per clip in credits: a 5-second Kling 3 clip is 96 credits, about $0.83 on the Concept plan. No Kling account and no Kling plan. Hook Studio is not affiliated with Kling or Kuaishou.
Hook Studio runs two Kling models, Kling 3 and Kling 4, and you pick one under the message box. You pay in Hook Studio credits per clip, so you do not need the Kling AI app, a Kling account, or a Kling plan.
Kling is a family of AI video models made by Kuaishou. In Hook Studio, "Kling 3" is Kling 3.0 (Kling calls it VIDEO 3.0) and "Kling 4" is Kling 4.0, which Kling launched on October 15, 2026. Kling 3 is the default and renders at 1080p. Kling 4 renders at 720p or 1080p.
Kling makes the hook, the first 4 to 6 seconds of the reel. The agent builds the rest from on-screen text, your product's real screens or chat screens, and an end card, which cost a few credits to render. The reel comes out vertical (9:16), about 15 to 20 seconds long.
Kling's own app has more tools, such as Motion Control. Hook Studio does not run those. It uses the Kling models for one job: turning a still into a short clip.
Every Kling clip in Hook Studio starts from a still. The agent makes the image first (11 credits), you approve it or steer it, and the clip is made only from the still you like, which becomes its first frame.
A still is 11 credits and a 5-second Kling 3 clip is 96, so the trial and error happens on the cheap step. When something is off, the agent edits the same still instead of making a new one: the person and the scene stay, and only what you asked for changes.
The person can be you (upload a few photos and keep the same face in every shot), an avatar made from a description, or a face from the premade cast. Hook Studio asks once for consent when you upload a photo of someone, and it never copies a celebrity's face.
Drafts are optional. If you ask for one on Kling 3, it runs on Seedance 2 Mini at 480p, a different model, so the motion will not match the final. On Kling 4 a draft is Kling 4 at 720p, which costs the same as a 720p final.
Kling 3 can say your line in its own voice, in the same clip, in one step. Keep talking clips at 8 seconds or less: after about 8 seconds the voice drifts out of sync with the mouth, so a longer line is split across two shots.
Start with Kling 3: it is the default, it renders at 1080p, and it is the model for clips where someone talks. Try Kling 4 when a big movement or a camera move does not hold up on Kling 3, and a Seedance model when price or a particular look matters more.
Kling describes Kling 4.0 as steadier with large motion and complex camera work (kling.ai, October 2026). In Hook Studio it costs more than Kling 3 for the same length: 200 credits for 5 seconds at 1080p, against 96.

Kling's own app lists a free Basic plan with no monthly credits; its paid memberships come with monthly credits. In Hook Studio there is no Kling plan at all: you pay Hook Studio credits per clip.
What Kling's site says, as of October 2026: its credit guide lists Basic at $0 with no monthly credits, its credits policy says daily login credits go to subscribers in amounts Kling announces, and it sells credits at 66 for $1. Kling's plans and prices change, so check kling.ai before you buy one.

Choose the video model under the message box. Kling 3 is already picked and renders at 1080p; for Kling 4, pick 720p or 1080p.
Write it in English or Spanish: who is on screen, where, and what they do or say. The agent plans the shots, and you confirm the plan and see each job's price before anything runs.
The agent makes the image for the hook (11 credits). Steer it in short lines, like "too messy" or "no makeup in the kitchen shot", until you like it.
The agent animates the still you approved: 96 credits for 5 seconds on Kling 3, or 143 if the person says a line. A failed clip refunds its credits.
The agent adds the on-screen text, the screens, and the end card, and renders the reel for a few credits. You download the bundle, which reminds you to turn on the AI label, and post it in TikTok or Instagram with a sound from their library.
You pay per clip in Hook Studio credits, not with a Kling subscription, and you see each price before a job runs. Plans are Concept ($20 a month, 2,300 credits), Grow ($50, 5,800 credits plus 500 the first month), and Scale ($100, 11,500 credits plus 1,000 the first month), or pay as you go from $5 at 100 credits per dollar. Your first $5 costs $3: those 500 credits cover about four 5-second Kling 3 hooks with their stills. Prices leave out the realism checks, a few credits each.
